Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add marshmallow fluff and whipped topping. Mix until fluffy and combined.
- Stir in the hot cocoa mix and blend until fully incorporated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Top with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, or sprinkles if desired.
- Serve with assorted dippers like cookies, graham crackers, or fruit.
