Description
A refreshing and tropical iced pineapple tea made with freshly brewed black tea, juicy pineapple juice, and a splash of lemon. Perfectly chilled and lightly sweetened, this vibrant drink is ideal for summer gatherings or everyday refreshment.

- 4 cups water
- 3 black tea bags
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple juice
- 2 to 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil in a medium saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add the 3 black tea bags. Let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar while the tea is still warm until fully dissolved.
- Pour the brewed tea into a heatproof pitcher. Add 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until completely chilled.
- Fill glasses with 2 cups ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness gradually to taste before chilling.
- Do not oversteep the tea to prevent bitterness.
- Store in a sealed pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a lighter version, use green tea instead of black tea.
