Description

This Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is a cozy-meets-refreshing seasonal drink made with real pumpkin, espresso, warm spices, and creamy milk, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl or jar, whisk together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in the cooled espresso.
  3. Add the pumpkin mixture to the glass, then pour in the milk.
  4. Stir or shake well to combine until creamy and chilled.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
  6. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use cold brew for a smoother coffee base if preferred.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste depending on your preference.
  • For a stronger flavor, add a double shot of espresso.
