Description
A light and refreshing iced strawberry green tea made with brewed green tea, fresh strawberries, and a touch of natural sweetness, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 3 green tea bags
- 3 cups hot water (not boiling)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Heat water until hot but not boiling.
- Steep green tea bags in the hot water for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove the bags and let the tea cool.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the cooled green tea and stir until well combined.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Do not oversteep green tea to avoid bitterness.
- Adjust honey to taste depending on strawberry sweetness.
