- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and green onions until just mixed.
- Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the heated skillet and cook, turning gently, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
