Ingredients

  • Mini Phyllo Cups: 1 package (15 count)
  • Brie Cheese: 6 ounces, cut into 15 small cubes
  • Pecans: 1/3 cup, chopped and toasted
  • Cranberry Sauce: 1/2 cup (smooth or whole berry)
  • Fresh Thyme (optional): A few sprigs, leaves only


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Slice the Brie into 15 small cubes and toast the pecans in a dry pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Arrange the phyllo cups on the prepared baking sheet.
