Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, hot sauce, and honey.
  6. Toss hot wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately.
