- 1 ½ cups (about 150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted (for coating)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Form balls using the peanut butter mixture, then roll them in the graham cracker crumb mix to coat.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each ball in melted white chocolate to coat, then return to the tray.
- Drizzle melted chocolate chips over the top and sprinkle with extra graham crumbs if desired.
- Chill until the chocolate is set. Serve cold or store in the fridge.
