A colorful and crunchy pastel popcorn mix coated in candy melts and finished with white chocolate drizzle, perfect for parties and celebrations.

- 12 cups plain popped popcorn, cooled
- 1 cup pink candy melts
- 1 cup blue candy melts
- 1 cup yellow candy melts
- 1 cup purple candy melts
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pastel chocolate candies
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 12 cups of plain popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt each color of candy melts separately in microwave safe bowls in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Melt white chocolate chips the same way.
- Drizzle melted pastel candy melts over portions of the popcorn and gently toss to coat.
- Spread coated popcorn onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Allow the coating to set at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the popcorn and immediately sprinkle pastel chocolate candies on top.
- Let everything set completely, then break into clusters and serve.
Notes
- Make sure popcorn is fully cooled before coating.
- Work quickly so candy melts do not harden too soon.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
