A dreamy summer dessert featuring fluffy shaved ice, sweet peach syrup, and creamy condensed milk. Light, fruity, and irresistibly refreshing.

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups shaved ice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, sugar, water, and vanilla. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until peaches are soft.
- Blend the peach mixture into a smooth syrup and chill in the refrigerator.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Chill until ready to use.
- Shave the ice and layer it in a chilled serving bowl.
- Add spoonfuls of peach syrup and drizzles of cream mixture in between layers of shaved ice.
- Repeat the layering until the bowl is full.
- Top with extra cream and peach slices for garnish, then serve immediately.
Notes
- Use very ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Freeze serving bowls to keep ice from melting too fast.
- Prepare syrup and cream ahead of time and chill for optimal texture.
- Extra syrup and cream can be used in smoothies, on pancakes, or stirred into yogurt.
