Ingredients
- Slider Rolls: 12 soft rolls
- Ribeye Steak: 1 pound, thinly sliced
- Green Bell Pepper: 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Yellow Onion: 1 large, thinly sliced
- Provolone Cheese: 8 slices
- Butter: 4 tablespoons, melted
- Garlic Powder: ½ teaspoon
- Salt and Black Pepper: To taste
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Combine Ingredients: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onions and peppers until softened, then remove. Add beef, season, and cook until browned.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Slice rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Assemble the Dish: Layer half the cheese, then beef, then onion-pepper mixture, followed by the rest of the cheese. Place the roll tops back on.
- Cook to Perfection: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
