- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, banana, Greek yogurt, ice, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend again briefly.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges or shredded coconut if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
