A tropical and refreshing blend of pineapple, coconut milk, banana, and yogurt, this Piña Colada Smoothie is creamy, sweet, and perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, banana, Greek yogurt, ice, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed, then blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedges or shredded coconut if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
