Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl and melt gently until smooth, then let cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted chocolate into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin chocolate mixture in batches until light and airy.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
