Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron to your desired setting.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour in batter, cooking until golden and crisp, about 4–5 minutes per waffle.
- Serve hot with butter, maple syrup, or your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter to keep waffles tender.
