- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 large lemons (juiced) + extra slices for garnish
- 2 black tea bags
- 4 cups water
- 2–4 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add raspberries and lemon juice. Simmer for 5 minutes, mashing berries gently to release juice.
- In a separate bowl, steep black tea bags in 2 cups of hot water for 5–7 minutes.
- Combine tea and berry-lemon mixture in a pitcher. Stir in sweetener while still warm.
- Let cool to room temperature, then strain if desired for a smoother texture.
- Chill in the refrigerator. Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh raspberries for garnish.

- Adjust sweetness based on your preference.
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh are unavailable — just thaw first.
- For a fizzy version, add sparkling water just before serving.
