Description

This Raspberry & Lemon Tea is bursting with vibrant berry flavor and citrusy freshness. It’s quick to make, naturally sweetened, and the perfect drink for sunny afternoons or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 large lemons (juiced) + extra slices for garnish
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 4 cups water
  • 24 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add raspberries and lemon juice. Simmer for 5 minutes, mashing berries gently to release juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, steep black tea bags in 2 cups of hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Combine tea and berry-lemon mixture in a pitcher. Stir in sweetener while still warm.
  5. Let cool to room temperature, then strain if desired for a smoother texture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh raspberries for garnish.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness based on your preference.
  • Use frozen raspberries if fresh are unavailable — just thaw first.
  • For a fizzy version, add sparkling water just before serving.
