- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Fillets
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and stir in garlic, smoked paprika, chili flakes, tomato paste, vinegar, broth, and sugar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Return chicken to pan. Spoon sauce over top, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thick.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, garnish with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite side.
