This Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza combines crispy pizza crust, creamy sausage gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melty cheese for the ultimate morning comfort food. Perfect for brunch or breakfast-for-dinner.

- ½ pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or 1 pound fresh dough)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux. Slowly whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Return sausage to the gravy and stir.
- Roll out pizza dough on prepared pan and pre-bake for 7 minutes.
- Softly scramble eggs until just set, then remove from heat.
- Spread sausage gravy over pre-baked crust. Top with scrambled eggs, cheddar, and mozzarella.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
- Pre-bake the crust to keep it from getting soggy.
- Don’t fully cook the eggs—they’ll finish in the oven.
- Try adding bell peppers, mushrooms, or hot sauce for extra flavor.
