A soft and fluffy cake made with just cake mix and soda, incredibly easy and surprisingly delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 box cake mix (430 g)
- 330 ml soda
- 1 cup frosting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix cake mix and soda gently until combined.
- Grease a cake pan.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Frost if desired and serve.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter
- Use fresh soda for best results
- Let cake cool before frosting
