Description

These spicy buffalo chicken melt wraps combine creamy, cheesy goodness with the bold kick of buffalo sauce, all wrapped up in a crispy tortilla. Perfect for quick lunches, easy dinners, or party snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Warm a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  5. Lightly grease the skillet and place the wraps seam-side down.
  6. Toast each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted.
  7. Let them rest for a minute before serving. Slice if desired and serve warm.
