Description

A refreshing frozen treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips. This Strawberry Chocolate Yogurt Bark is perfect for hot days and healthy snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear space in your freezer.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and slice or break into bark pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container for later.
