- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear space in your freezer.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and slice or break into bark pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container for later.
