- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and grease ramekins.
- Whisk butter, sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dust ramekins lightly with flour.
- Fold in flour, matcha, and salt. Fill halfway, add strawberry mixture, then top with batter.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and center is soft.
- Let sit briefly, then loosen edges.
- Invert onto plate and serve warm.

- Do not overbake to keep center molten
