Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar syrup
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh citrus slices


Instructions

  1. Chill the pitcher or punch bowl in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and honey or sugar syrup to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into the chilled pitcher or punch bowl.
  5. Add cold water and sparkling water, then stir gently to combine.
  6. Add ice cubes, sliced strawberries, and citrus slices.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for the best color and flavor.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving to keep the punch fizzy.
