- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic until evenly coated.
- Add olive oil to the hot skillet and swirl to coat.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the skillet.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink, glossy, and just cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas briefly in a pan or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with shrimp, shredded cabbage, green onions, and cilantro.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime and serve immediately.
