Instructions

- Stir mascarpone in a small bowl to make it smooth and creamy.
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Fill each date with a spoonful or piped swirl of mascarpone.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the filling.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle orange zest, if using.
