Description

A festive, alcohol-free holiday punch made with cranberry juice cocktail, apple cider, orange juice, ginger ale, fresh orange slices, cranberries, and rosemary. Bright, bubbly, and perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 medium orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill the pitcher, serving glasses, and all liquid ingredients for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In the chilled pitcher, combine the cranberry juice cocktail, apple cider, and orange juice. Stir gently until blended.
  3. Add the orange slices, fresh cranberries, and rosemary sprigs to the pitcher.
  4. Add the ice cubes, then slowly pour in the ginger ale. Stir very gently once or twice to keep the bubbles lively.
  5. Let the punch sit for about 5 minutes so the fruit and rosemary lightly infuse the drink.
  6. Taste and adjust if needed with a little more orange juice for brightness or a splash more ginger ale for extra fizz.
  7. Pour into glasses, making sure each serving gets some fruit garnish, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For the best sparkle, add the ginger ale right before serving.
  • Use large ice cubes if possible so the punch stays cold longer without watering down too quickly.
  • You can prepare the juice base a few hours ahead and refrigerate it, then add the bubbly ingredients and garnishes just before serving.
  • For a less sweet version, replace the ginger ale with sparkling water.
