Description

This Tim Tam Fudgy Slice is a no-bake chocolate dessert made with Australia’s favorite biscuit and a rich, creamy fudge topping. Perfectly indulgent and easy to prepare, it’s a crowd-pleasing treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs (200g each) Tim Tam biscuits, crushed
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Crush Tim Tams and mix with half the melted butter until combined.
  3. Press mixture into the prepared pan to form the base.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate, remaining butter, condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture over the base and spread evenly.
  6. Tap the pan gently to level the top and release air bubbles.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

  • Use different Tim Tam flavors for variety.
