This Tim Tam Fudgy Slice is a no-bake chocolate dessert made with Australia’s favorite biscuit and a rich, creamy fudge topping. Perfectly indulgent and easy to prepare, it’s a crowd-pleasing treat for any occasion.

- 2 packs (200g each) Tim Tam biscuits, crushed
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with baking paper and set aside.
- Crush Tim Tams and mix with half the melted butter until combined.
- Press mixture into the prepared pan to form the base.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate, remaining butter, condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the fudge mixture over the base and spread evenly.
- Tap the pan gently to level the top and release air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use different Tim Tam flavors for variety.
- For clean slices, heat your knife with warm water before cutting.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
