Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Arrange bread slices on a baking tray.
- Brush bread lightly with olive oil.
- Toast for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
- Spoon tomato mixture over toasted bread.
- Serve immediately.
