- 500 grams frozen dumplings
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish
- Heat olive oil and cook garlic, then mix with tomato sauce, salt, and pepper
- Spread sauce on the bottom of the dish
- Layer dumplings, sauce, and mozzarella, repeat layers
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly
- Add parmesan and bake 5 more minutes
- Garnish with parsley and serve

- Let it rest before slicing
- Use thick sauce to avoid sogginess
- Freshly grated cheese melts better
