Description

Cool off with this refreshing and fruity Watermelon Frosé Mocktail. A frozen blend of watermelon, lemon, and honey that’s perfect for summer sipping—no alcohol needed.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place serving glasses in the freezer to chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Add frozen watermelon cubes, lemon juice, honey, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until slushy and smooth, about 1 minute.
  4. Adjust texture by adding a splash of cold water if too thick or more ice if too thin.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses.
  6. Garnish with a watermelon slice and basil leaf if using.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

  • Use very ripe watermelon for the sweetest flavor.
  • Freeze watermelon chunks for at least 4 hours before blending.
  • Customize with mint, coconut water, or berries for fun variations.
