- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Place serving glasses in the freezer to chill for 10 minutes.
- Add frozen watermelon cubes, lemon juice, honey, and ice to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until slushy and smooth, about 1 minute.
- Adjust texture by adding a splash of cold water if too thick or more ice if too thin.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with a watermelon slice and basil leaf if using.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
