Description

A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert inspired by the classic White Kinder Bueno, layered with mascarpone, hazelnut spread, and crunchy wafers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 150g hazelnut spread
  • 200g wafer sheets or biscuits
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Microwave hazelnut spread slightly to soften.
  5. If using biscuit crumbs, mix them with melted butter and press into the bottom of a lined dish. If using whole wafers, start layering directly.
  6. Layer wafers or biscuit base, mascarpone cream, and drizzled hazelnut spread. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with melted white chocolate on top.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing.
  8. Garnish with crushed wafers or white chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
  • Allow mascarpone to come to room temperature before mixing.
  • For neat slices, chill overnight and use a hot knife wiped clean between cuts.
  • To maintain crunch, add wafers just before serving.
