A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert inspired by the classic White Kinder Bueno, layered with mascarpone, hazelnut spread, and crunchy wafers.

- 200g white chocolate
- 300ml whipping cream
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 150g hazelnut spread
- 200g wafer sheets or biscuits
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g butter, melted
Instructions
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Microwave hazelnut spread slightly to soften.
- If using biscuit crumbs, mix them with melted butter and press into the bottom of a lined dish. If using whole wafers, start layering directly.
- Layer wafers or biscuit base, mascarpone cream, and drizzled hazelnut spread. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with melted white chocolate on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing.
- Garnish with crushed wafers or white chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
- Allow mascarpone to come to room temperature before mixing.
- For neat slices, chill overnight and use a hot knife wiped clean between cuts.
- To maintain crunch, add wafers just before serving.
