Description

White Trash Skor Bars are rich, chewy, and irresistibly crunchy dessert bars made with a buttery base, sweetened condensed milk, and Skor toffee bits. Perfect for any gathering or quick sweet craving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Skor bits
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gradually stir in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  4. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan using your hands or a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the Skor bits evenly over the dough.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top and gently spread to cover the surface.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling at the edges.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before lifting and slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper to make cutting and cleanup easier.
  • Let bars cool fully before slicing for clean edges.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
