- 450 grams cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 400 grams sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs and mix gently.
- Add condensed milk and combine.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool completely then chill for 2 hours.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best texture
- Do not overmix the batter
- Chill overnight for best flavor
