Description

A fluffy and easy air fried omelette that is soft, cheesy, and ready in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a small baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Pour egg mixture into dish and add cheese, bell pepper, and onion.
  5. Cook in air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes until set.
  6. Let rest briefly before slicing.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcook to keep it soft
  • Use fresh vegetables for best flavor
