- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish with olive oil.
- Pour egg mixture into dish and add cheese, bell pepper, and onion.
- Cook in air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes until set.
- Let rest briefly before slicing.
- Serve warm.
