Description

Juicy air fryer chicken coated in a creamy mushroom sauce, quick, comforting, and full of flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams chicken fillets
  • 250 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Mix chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place chicken in air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes until done.
  5. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan.
  6. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
  7. Pour in cream and broth, simmer until thick.
  8. Combine chicken with sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer
  • Use fresh mushrooms for best flavor
  • Adjust seasoning before serving
