Juicy air fryer chicken coated in a creamy mushroom sauce, quick, comforting, and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 500 grams chicken fillets
- 250 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- Mix chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 to 18 minutes until done.
- Sauté onion and garlic in a pan.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Pour in cream and broth, simmer until thick.
- Combine chicken with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer
- Use fresh mushrooms for best flavor
- Adjust seasoning before serving
