- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 medium apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Lightly grease a baking tray and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine chopped apples, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat until apples soften and mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in marshmallows until coated.
- Let mixture sit briefly to settle.
- Spread onto prepared tray and allow to cool.
- Separate and serve once set.
