Description

Soft, fluffy marshmallows coated in a sweet apple glaze with a hint of cinnamon, perfect for a quick cozy treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a baking tray and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine chopped apples, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Cook over medium heat until apples soften and mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat and gently fold in marshmallows until coated.
  5. Let mixture sit briefly to settle.
  6. Spread onto prepared tray and allow to cool.
  7. Separate and serve once set.

Notes

  • Use firm apples for better texture
  • Do not overcook the mixture
  • Let cool fully before serving
