Description

A creamy and satisfying avocado egg sandwich made with toasted bread, ripe avocado, sliced hard boiled eggs, and fresh microgreens.


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado, mashed
  • 4 large hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh microgreens


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
