Description

Rich and creamy chocolate truffles made with Biscoff spread and coated in smooth chocolate, perfect for an easy no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff biscuits
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons crushed biscuits for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix Biscoff spread, crushed biscuits, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Chill mixture for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Melt dark chocolate.
  5. Dip each ball into chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle crushed biscuits on top.
  7. Let set and serve.

Notes

  • Chill well before rolling
  • Use good quality chocolate
  • Store in fridge
