- 2 packs Buldak Carbonara ramen, including sauce packets and flakes
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions until slightly chewy.
- Reserve 1/4 cup noodle water before draining.
- Return noodles to the saucepan over low heat.
- Add Buldak sauce packets, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, and mozzarella cheese.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Turn heat very low and stir in egg yolks while tossing continuously.
- Add reserved noodle water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and ramen flakes.
- Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
