Description

Creamy and spicy Buldak Carbonara ramen made with cheesy glossy noodles, silky egg yolks, and rich carbonara style sauce for the ultimate comfort bowl.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs Buldak Carbonara ramen, including sauce packets and flakes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions until slightly chewy.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup noodle water before draining.
  4. Return noodles to the saucepan over low heat.
  5. Add Buldak sauce packets, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  7. Turn heat very low and stir in egg yolks while tossing continuously.
  8. Add reserved noodle water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  9. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and ramen flakes.
  10. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
