Description

Buttery cookie fries with crisp golden edges, soft centers, chocolate chips, and sweet dipping sauces for a playful dessert everyone loves.


Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Shape portions of dough into fry-like strips and place on prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
