- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, and olive oil until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack before slicing.
