  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1½ cups
  • Flour Tortillas (10-inch): 4–6
  • Oil for Frying: Enough for shallow frying (canola or vegetable)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Set aside a paper towel-lined plate.
