- Water: ¼ cup
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1½ cups
- Flour Tortillas (10-inch): 4–6

Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Set aside a paper towel-lined plate.
