Ingredients

- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Scoop large portions onto baking sheet
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
- Cool slightly and add frosting before serving
