- 3 cups milk chocolate, chopped or chips
- 1 cup pistachio cream
- 2 cups crispy pastry strands, lightly crushed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted for drizzle
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan or square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the milk chocolate gently in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix crispy pastry strands with melted butter and tahini until coated.
- Spread half of the melted chocolate evenly into the prepared pan and chill for 10 minutes until slightly firm.
- Spread the pistachio cream over the chocolate layer.
- Top with the crispy pastry mixture.
- Cover with the remaining melted chocolate and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until completely firm.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.
