Description

Luxurious Dubai chocolate bars made with glossy milk chocolate, creamy pistachio filling, and crispy pastry layers for the perfect crunchy and creamy dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups milk chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 1 cup pistachio cream
  • 2 cups crispy pastry strands, lightly crushed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted for drizzle
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios


Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan or square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate gently in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix crispy pastry strands with melted butter and tahini until coated.
  4. Spread half of the melted chocolate evenly into the prepared pan and chill for 10 minutes until slightly firm.
  5. Spread the pistachio cream over the chocolate layer.
  6. Top with the crispy pastry mixture.
  7. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until completely firm.
  9. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  10. Slice into bars and serve chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.
