- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Whisk together eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Melt butter in the skillet.
- Dip each brioche slice into the custard mixture, coating both sides lightly.
- Cook the bread for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp at the edges.
- Warm the dulce de leche slightly for easier drizzling.
- Top the French toast with dulce de leche, sliced strawberries, bananas, and powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately while warm.
