Description

These crispy cottage cheese chips are baked until golden and finished with everything bagel seasoning for a savory, crunchy snack that is easy to make and hard to stop eating.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  4. Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to form small rounds.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chips are deep golden around the edges and crisp on top.
  6. Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes so they firm up.
  7. Carefully lift from the parchment and serve.

  • If your cottage cheese is very wet, drain it briefly before mixing for better crispness.
