- 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to form small rounds.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chips are deep golden around the edges and crisp on top.
- Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes so they firm up.
- Carefully lift from the parchment and serve.
