Instructions

  5. Let it cook uncovered for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow parts to brown for caramelization.
  6. Once tender and golden, drizzle in the apple cider vinegar if using and give a final toss.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with herbs or chili flakes if desired.
