Description
A creamy frozen yogurt bark topped with fresh strawberries, honey, vanilla, and crunchy granola for a refreshing freezer snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup granola
Instructions
- Clear a flat space in the freezer so the baking sheet can sit level.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment paper.
- Top with the sliced strawberries, then sprinkle the granola over the surface.
- Freeze for 3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Lift the frozen sheet from the pan and break it into pieces.
- Serve straight from the freezer and store leftovers in an airtight freezer-safe container.
Notes
- Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest frozen texture.
- Pat strawberries dry before adding them to prevent icy spots.
- Store pieces with parchment between layers if stacking.
- Let pieces sit for 1 or 2 minutes before eating if they are too firm.
