Description

A creamy frozen yogurt bark topped with fresh strawberries, honey, vanilla, and crunchy granola for a refreshing freezer snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Clear a flat space in the freezer so the baking sheet can sit level.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment paper.
  5. Top with the sliced strawberries, then sprinkle the granola over the surface.
  6. Freeze for 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Lift the frozen sheet from the pan and break it into pieces.
  8. Serve straight from the freezer and store leftovers in an airtight freezer-safe container.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest frozen texture.
  • Pat strawberries dry before adding them to prevent icy spots.
  • Store pieces with parchment between layers if stacking.
  • Let pieces sit for 1 or 2 minutes before eating if they are too firm.
