Description

Creamy garlic mushroom chicken pasta packed with rich flavors, tender chicken, and perfectly cooked pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 grams pasta
  • 2 chicken pieces cut into chunks
  • 200 grams mushrooms sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped


Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden, then remove.
  3. In the same pan sauté mushrooms and garlic until soft.
  4. Return chicken to the pan and add cream, butter, and parmesan.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss everything together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and finish with parsley.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh parmesan for best flavor
  • Do not overcook chicken
  • Add pasta water if sauce is too thick
