Creamy garlic mushroom chicken pasta packed with rich flavors, tender chicken, and perfectly cooked pasta.
Ingredients

- 250 grams pasta
- 2 chicken pieces cut into chunks
- 200 grams mushrooms sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden, then remove.
- In the same pan sauté mushrooms and garlic until soft.
- Return chicken to the pan and add cream, butter, and parmesan.
- Add cooked pasta and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper and finish with parsley.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh parmesan for best flavor
- Do not overcook chicken
- Add pasta water if sauce is too thick
