- 2 large chicken breast, sliced
- 200 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil and butter to the skillet.
- Cook chicken until golden, then remove from pan.
- Sauté mushrooms and garlic until soft.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, then simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook through.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve warm.
