Healthy homemade almond joy bars with coconut, chocolate, and almonds, no baking required.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup whole almonds
Instructions
- No oven needed, prepare workspace
- Mix coconut, almond butter, honey, and vanilla
- Line tray with parchment paper
- Press mixture into tray
- Chill for 20 minutes
- Cut into bars
- Dip in melted chocolate and top with almonds
- Let set and serve
