Healthy homemade almond joy bars with coconut, chocolate, and almonds, no baking required.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds


Instructions

  1. No oven needed, prepare workspace
  2. Mix coconut, almond butter, honey, and vanilla
  3. Line tray with parchment paper
  4. Press mixture into tray
  5. Chill for 20 minutes
  6. Cut into bars
  7. Dip in melted chocolate and top with almonds
  8. Let set and serve
